It's fun to challenge someone to a few of these. Watching them stumble afterward is amusing. I guess I did go a little overboard last night. I have a bit of a headache but I think I will be heading out again tonight.

I took my camera out today. I am glad I did. It gave me time to think, about the future and where I want to be in my life.

The dogs yelled at me today. I guess I have been spending too much time at work and not enough time with them. I have to make it up to them somehow.

Seiichi, would you like to come over one night this week? 

It's interesting going through a divorce when your marriage wasn't legally recognized. No one really knows how to deal with it, especially since we are still friends. He is keeping the apartment, I am keeping the dogs. We will still see each other from time to time since I am still going to be helping with the tennis team. In a sense, it will be the same as it was before...with one difference.

And Toto has taken to snoring. It's kind of cute.

Monday I had a meeting with the twins teacher. Apparently the teacher was not comfortable having children in the class with two fathers and feels that it will affect the way they behave and, in some way, cause them to have some form of learning disability. They are no longer at that school. The teacher is, for the next month at least, no longer a teacher. I was informed that she has been suspended for a month without pay. That is enough...for now.

They are very excited for their new teacher. Jirou-kun, I do hope you're ready.

They are also waiting for a visit from their brother/uncle and uncle and dogs. Miko has the menu already planned and they want to show off their tennis skills. Tennis camp is starting soon and they both have their bags packed. It is going to be interesting. I hope they don't make too many kids cry.

Toto seems to think he is still a puppy, though he is pushing 12. It's hard to believe but he ended up tiring out the kids...which is a very good thing. Michiko hasn't been sleeping through the night the last couple of nights and Yukio has decided that he will keep her company. So sleep has been non-existent.

Beauty, on the other hand, has taken to sprawling out on her back in front of the open window. She won't move unless someone either leaves, or has food. I've taken to giving her cool showers when I come home from work.

Summer programs have started at the museum. I'm not running any (so far) but I have been doing the prep work for them. Kippei, do you want to get the twins into one or are we going with tennis camp? I know registration for both is over next week so we should decide soon.

Yuuta, nee-san has some news for us. I don't know what it is or if she's called you. We're supposed to go out to her place one night for dinner.

Our trip was amazing. I have presents for people and will be going around to give them out later.

I had more to write but Beauty is dancing at my feet. Someone needs to go out.

I had a lot that I wanted to write about, but Kippei is searching for new tan lines. It's kind of hard to focus when someone is trying to get his hands down my pants. I do have pictures that I will show later, especially some of the underwater ones. I am very happy the dive shop rented out the cameras.

I do miss the kids though. I know that they are in good hands with their uncle. Beauty is just a baby but I know that with Uncle Yuuta and Kaidou-kun and her big brother there, she's fine. Oh, and it looks like they won't take back the shrunken head, Yuuta. It is cute though, so I think you'll like it.

I have everything ready to go. A few days after graduation we will be gone. Maybe with finals over I can be myself again.

Yuuta, are you still able to apartment sit and watch Toto for us? 

I have a sick husband and a dog who won't leave his side. It's rather cute. I managed to get a few pictures while Kippei was sleeping. At least finals are finished. I think I am going to take advantage of the downtime and do nothing.

I hope we won't have to postpone our trip.

Saeki, we'll need to have lunch one day soon. Let me know when you're free.

It is very hard to believe that the year is almost over. I wrote one of my finals this afternoon and I write one on Wednesday. Thursday I have two papers due and then I am finished. It seems like I should be preparing for another term, not switching to full time hours at work.

Speaking of work, I have the time booked off for after graduation, but I'm not sure if we are still going on our trip. Kippei, any idea?

It's not all that interesting a story. Someone suggested that the class make journals so that we could keep in touch and use it as a gathering place of sorts. Should someone have a question about what was going on in class they could post it on their journal and hopefully have it answered. It seemed like a good idea so I created mine. I laughed when I found out that most of the guys I played tennis with had one. It has helped us keep in touch, which is always nice. 

Oh Kippei, I have the pictures ready. Do you want to take a look at them? 

(ooc: you know you fail when you have to use the Writer's Block question to do an entry. DAMN YOU HEADACHE!)

I think Toto may be upset with us. Kippei and I decided that we weren't doing anything this weekend and stayed in bed. Now Toto has a little too much energy and has been running around barking. He has even dragged my shoes over to me so I can take him on a walk. Even now, he's tangled in his leash and growling at it. Since I have decided to stay home and study, I think I can dedicate an hour or so to wearing the little guy out.

It's amazing how a chance encounter can change your life.

I never realized how much fun you could have in a change room after a tennis match. This is something that must happen again.

Kippei, are we still on for our date? I was thinking we should find some place that has outdoor seating. It's supposed to be nice out the next few days and I want to take advantage of it.

And I have to see if I need to renew my passport. I don't want to wait until the last minute and have to postpone the trip.

And I thought I'd do this since it seemed like fun.
